This listing is specific for 3" cushions, however, I can create a custom order for a different thickness if you prefer. Just need to replace the covers for an existing cushion? I can make that too! This is a 3" thick high-density foam. For outdoor use, adding Scotch Guard Sun and Weather Shield is highly recommended.

When placing your order, please follow the process:
1. Choose your Length (L) from the drop-down menu. This will be the side the zipper will be placed on, optional.
2. Choose the Width/Depth of the cushion (D) from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter your fabric option. ***FABRIC OPTIONS MAY VARY IN SHIPPING TIME DUE TO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS.***
4. Enter the correct size in the personalization window.

PLEASE NOTE:
In an effort to reduce the amount of waste that goes into our landfills, this company does not waste "leftover" materials. Depending on the size of your item, it may be comprised of multiple sections of new foam that have been spliced together with professional-grade foam adhesive and neatly wrapped with a thin layer of dacron.

FREE SHIPPING:
Your item will arrive in 2-3 WEEKS due to processing time and shipping time. Once the item has been shipped, we are out of control of any delays by the carrier. We will do our best to ensure your item is shipped within the time frame given to avoid any delays.

Depending on the size and quantity, your items may arrive in multiple packages. To minimize the number of boxes, your cushion may be vacuum sealed for easy shipping and extra protection. Please keep in mind that it may take the foam up to 48 hours to fully expand and any wrinkles in the fabric should smooth out. For stubborn wrinkles, you can use an iron on the lowest setting and place a thin towel over the fabric so the iron does not have direct contact. Please test a small spot in the back of your cushion to ensure that there is no damage that will occur. We can not be held liable for heat damage.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Clean by wiping down the fabric with warm, mild soap solution, and air dry.

CUSHIONS SHOULD BE PROTECTED FROM EXTREME EXPOSURE TO SUN AND RAIN WHEN NOT IN USE.

3" Durable, high-density foam is suitable for long-term use. This foam is not fire retardant or waterproof. When unpacking, allow at least 48 hours for the foam to breathe in order to recover its original size and form.

PLEASE NOTE: The actual fabric color may differ from the color in the photo because monitor screens display colors differently.

SIZE DISCLAIMER- We do our best to ensure precise sizing according to the measurements given; however, variations of 0.5" may occur. Cushions with vertical patterns and length dimensions over 52 inches may require a visible seam down the center of the cushion.

Because this is a custom product, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within three days so we can provide you with the best solution.

If your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within three days and you will receive a label to return the part for correction or exchange. Once the package arrives, all necessary adjustments will be made, and the part will be resent as quickly as possible.
